Riders over ~180 cm will feel large on it — knees high and elbows close. Fine for track days, tiring for touring.
The pillion seat is vestigial; if you regularly carry a passenger, look at a larger platform.

Rearsets — The classic track upgrade — raises and sets the pegs back for clearance and a more committed knee position. Road riders rarely need them.
